Daniel Forman – Partner
Daniel Forman, Senior Partner of Forman Law Group, began his career as a state, then federal prosecutor in Miami. Over the last thirty years, he has established himself as a premier criminal attorney, earning an AV “Highest Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.” Mr. Forman’s practice includes extensive experience in state, federal, and international contexts. In the course of his legal career, Mr. Forman has traveled to and represented clients from: Venezuela, Thailand, the Netherlands, Colombia, Mexico, Canada, Panama, the United Kingdom, France, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, and Costa Rica. In addition to his credentials and experience internationally, Mr. Forman is an accomplished trial lawyer, taking on complex criminal and civil matters. He possesses the unique combination of skills that allows him to zealously defend the rights of his clients while providing a great deal of personal attention and care to clients and their families. Mr. Forman is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, is a member of the bar of Florida, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, and has appeared in numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Adele Bagley – Associate
Adele Bagley joined the Forman Law Group in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2009 and was delighted to return to her hometown to practice law. Ms. Bagley has spent time living and studying abroad and speaks Spanish. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Miami in 2005. Ms. Bagley is a member of the bar in both Florida and California.
Katie Lopez – Legal Assistant
Katie Lopez is an experienced paralegal who has worked with Mr. Forman for over 15 years. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Legal Studies from Miami-Dade College. Ms. Lopez is a long-time resident of South Florida and native Spanish speaker.
